The product story
Two things nobody else does: a matching algorithm that learns each user's style and surfaces the right creatives, and LaunchDeck — booking up to five creatives in one transaction. The team is the unit of work; that's the moat.
Profitability
Flat, client-side fees — never a cut of the creative's rate. $15 under $500, then 10% and 8% as work grows; Pro at $29/mo; opt-in promotion. A $5,000 booking makes us $400, not $30, at ~88% gross margin.
The investment plan
$250K pre-seed on a post-money SAFE at a $1.75M cap (14.3%). Funds payments live, a director of operations, and the Rhode Island community push that drives the marketplace to density. EBITDA-positive in Year 3.
